Well where to start from….. We moved to Miller nearly 7 years ago and have been coming here for almost 5 years now. The food is typically decent and the location is great for us when we want pho. Tonight is our last visit as it seems like business and staff has recently changed. We ordered The special tonight and asked the server if the wonton can be changed to pho soup. She happily said yes and we were told it would be a cost of 3-4 dollars. We all ate our meal my son did not care for his wonton soup they made an error and brought my soup with out the noodle (which I asked them to fix) and asked for the bill. Upon looking at my bill the amount did not make much sense to me $93 for a family of 4 one being a 5 year old sharing her mothers meal. What they did is changed for the broth on my son wonton soup at a charge of $5 and charged me $11.50 to upgrade my wonton soup to pho the same cost as the soup on its own in the menu. I mentioned to the server their was a mistake on my bill and her response was their is no mistake that is your bill. I asked her where the $3-4 charge to up grade my wonton soup to pho and she said that it was actually $5 to change the broth only in my sons soup that we did not ask for and that I was charged full price for my pho soup not to mention not getting the wonton soup that comes with the special. She refused to adjust my bill even after saying we are returning customers. I paid our whole bill(no tip) and told her my family would not be returning. Be carful and ask what the cost are going to be for what you order as we have had small adjustments made to our bill in past before but not nearly $20 for a family of basically 3.
