Easy review.. BRUTAL!!! WILL NOT EAT HERE.and forget the take out. Bunch of idiots.Someone needs to take control of this location or shut it down.
Waited 20 minutes for anyone to take my order. Asked twice if I could order was told they were not my server. Left after that time never to return. Cannot believe the lack of customer service or attitude
We had a group of 8 and sat there for 20min nobody came up to take orders or asked for drinks even when we asked for our server after sitting down for 10min.
Great experience. I tend to go to this boston pizza quite often and I absolutely love it. The waitresses are always helpful and attentive. Food is amazing like any other bp and the tv in the lounge is sick
Horrible service!!!. Was in the lounge with my girlfriend for dinner, and the waitress was rude and didn’t even acknowledge we were there. She came dropped off the menu and walked away. Didn’t even say hi and her name. Horrible horrible. This is the second time we had this waitress and even more worse then the first time.
Worst BP’s in the City/Ellerslie Road. This is by far the worst Boston Pizza I have been to in the city, pizza bread and cactus cut chips to start, bread was cold, hard, and took over 45 minutes, chips then took another 15 minutes, soggy, limp and cold. Pizza’s then came 25 minutes after that, were reheated and just not right, chicken tacos, chicken was burnt and then drenched in sauce to cover up the black, dry chicken. Asked for a manager and was told he was too busy doing dishes to come and speak to us. For sure won’t be back to this location
Bad Food – Pick Up Orders. Hi everyone, first time looking up reviews for this location after getting pick up orders many times since its opening. I’m not surprised by the previous reviews. My review is fairly simple, when food quality is compared to location down the road (south common), the difference is night and day. I’ve gone back and forth between other location and this one, as other is slightly further. After my my recent visit, I won’t be going back. Pizza quality is terrible and very sloppily put together.To top this off, most of the staff at pick up are very grumpy and I almost feel like I inconvenience them by going there. However, there are a few staff members that I get greated by with a smile and a hello., other than that just plain old grumpiness.Not sure what’s wrong with this location, but something needs to change. I know I won’t be back. Likely won’t go to other BP locations too often either.Thanks for reading.
