Most of the food was tasty for the most part, however, 9/10 their soup is always too oily or too bland. I ordered a brisket, tendon, steak pho that was extremely bland that it almost tasted like water. I didn’t end up finishing my bowl of soup, which ended up being a huge waste of my money in the end.Moving on to the service, oh goodness gracious I don’t even know where to start. There are some days where their service is superb (when the tall asian men are working), but 95% of the time it’s just God awful. Servers on their phones, servers talking amongst each other, servers not paying attention to customer needs, the restaurant smells like ROTTEN EGGS on some days, floor is extremely dirty, tables aren’t wiped. I really want to know how clean their kitchen is and if their staff even practices sanitary procedures. Sometimes when I’m seated at the table in front of their kitchen door, I can see staff going outside for a smoke break, but not even washing their hands properly when they’re done!!!!!!!! They only spray water on their hands, no soap at all or hand sanitizer. I understand they may not have the resources to do so, but really? You’re dealing with people’s health here, come on. Either that’s the case, or the management is just really chaotic and corrupt.
The food was tasty however they did not de-vein the shrimp in my sisters vermicelli bowl. When she sent it back we were told that they never de-vein their shrimp and that it’s not common practice in restaurants. Being foodies we both know this is not the standard and left dissatisfied with their poor excuse.
I really enjoyed the green onion cakes and spring rolls here. The bowl I had was better than most pho places. The service is usually not very good but otherwise I enjoy this place.
Good pho, great portions(even for take out!). nice place, and prices are very reasonable. Staff is always pleasant and helpful. Great customer service.
Cute little place, loved the pho and the vermicelli bowl – i definitely recommend eating tripe and the lemongrass grilled beef here! The service is fast and the people are super friendly too.
$6.97 for 2 salad rolls?! This is unreasonable unless there is gold in them. Which there wasn’t. Portions were small for the price (ordered vermicelli dishes) and we all finished still hungry. The food was mediocre. The peanut sauce tasted like it had been in the fridge for a while. I was generous with giving a 3 because nobody found hair and nobody got sick. We will not get takeout from here again.
Great pho!. Great food, especially the pho and lemon grass chicken dishes, and really nice atmosphere compared to other pho restaurants. Love coming here to eat!
