This outlet sucks!! They never pick up their phone when wanting to add to your order. Their delivery men are rude and no help!! I would give them a zero but couldn’t. I wouldn’t give them one star. If you’re reading this Pizza Hut employees please pick up your phones!!
I’d rather spend more money than order Pizza Hut even though I actually like their food.. 1. You get hung up on2. You try to order on your mobile but it doesn’t work and it doesn’t say only available online3. Try to order the deal by phone and they say it’s only available online4. Try to order online on a regular computer and it doubles the price of the deal (not the amount of food though)5. The actual location doesn’t answer their phone6. You, for the third time, order from somewhere way more expensive just because Pizza Hut is ridiculous. Apparently they don’t want to actually sell you pizza. They just want to piss you off, say your number twice by phone, and input your delivery address twice online because they don’t know how to run a business, answer their phones, or get their website to work.Spend more or less but the bottom line is f*** Pizza Hut and just order somewhere else.
Ellerslie location a-ok. Very well done on every part from the details I specified on my online order. Pizza was here on time, driver was courteous and friendly. All in all? Being a new resident to the area, I am quite impressed with this location.
Don’t order from here! They put very little sauce on our pizza, very little toppings and we ordered breaded wings and got unbreaded! Wow! Never again! Save yourself the problems and order from mill woods Pizza Hut! This place sucks for being brand new!!!!
