Nice boutique restaurant located in summerside. I tried the Japanese style fried rice with chicken and it was really good. The bubble tea is refreshing and well made. Good seating space and quick service!
I used to like this place – it was fine for takeout/inexpensive sushi and other Japanese fair. My last visit was really disappointing – not fresh at all and just tasted gross. Not going back
Fast food made to order. Restaurant is clean and the tables! Staff are friendly and quick to help you with your order. Gyoza made with pork and vegetable and chicken and vegetable spring rolls for the table. Food arrives fast and hot. Flavors are disappointing . Gyoza are brown on one side and almost raw on the other , and very greasy. Spring rolls are crispy on the outside, and disappointing on the inside. Minimal filling of chicken and veg, cold inside with all rice noodles. Sauces are salty and shiny.
Worst service ever! There needs to be a negative scoring option below 1. The customer service is beyond horrible. The manager is useless, never understands what and allergy is. Still places the item you are allergic to in the order. Then argues they did not when it is in your bag!! Owner is rude and does not respect or appreciate his customers, if they botch your whole order you will still pay for the whole order and then he expects you will come back and he will give you 10% off that order if you come back within two days. I do not know how this business has expanded(clearly to quickly). Learn to appreciate customers or you will quickly go out of business.
Do NOT eat here, save your money. My husband and I went to eat here last week and the food was horrible. Not to mention the service is awful. We each ordered a chicken & rice bowl, and the chicken was bland with no flavour. They advertised the chicken on their website being chicken breasts cut into strips and it was a large piece of flavourless chicken. Not to mention the edamame & bean sprouts tasted very processed, and the teriyaki sauce has literally NO flavour and tasted like watered down soy sauce. We couldn’t even finish it, it wasn’t good at all. We have eaten at many different Japanese places before, but this was by far the worst. Not to mention it’s overpriced for the quality of food you get. We also complained directly to corporate and we received a very rude response where the person couldn’t even take any accountability, and tried to justify and defend everything and basically called us out to be close minded people that don’t know Japanese cuisine. All I can say is we will NEVER be going back, and this place is an insult to fine Japanese food. Please spend your money elsewhere, they don’t deserve your business.
Went there for dinner Friday night. Tuna was fishy. Miso was yuck! We won’t be back. Can get better sushi up the road for the same price.
