Lunch on the run. Sushi and edamame beans. Edamame are cooked perfectly. Sushi arrives squished on the plate, and cut un evenly. Flavors are less than they should be. Presentation is disappointing and looks like it has been tossed on the plate.
Food was standard (which is good), speed of service was good, but my order was wrong. No big deal though, just add the chicken to my order, charge me difference and we are good..or so I thought! The guy demanded to see my receipt, no problem, it was wrong, so lets fix it…Nope, he looked at it and said that is what you ordered. I’ve only ever eaten I thing in the 10 years I’ve been going so unlinked I changed my order, but even if I did, I was not permitted to get chicken (even if I paid for it which is fair) unless I wanted to go to back of the line. Finally another guy dropped some chicken on my plate (with a friendly smile) after our back and forth. I offered to pay and the guy who was initially refusing to correct the problem gave me a dirty look and said ‘just GO!’….this is a bit of a rant, but seriously, why not look for a SOLUTION than dwell on the problem?!
