Love the pad Thai at Thai express…so much so I ate the darn thing so fast I forgot to take a picture. I do wish it had a bit more kick to it. Always asking for extra spicy and still have to add the extra hot sauce. Only thing left was the spring roll….the mini soup combo with Tom yum soup has some kick too….if you are hungry its a pretty decent value to combo it. Today I decided to get the spring roll combo….personally I would say to skip the spring roll…just filled with cheap veggies. Not much taste, but crispy wrap and blah plum sauce for dip.
