Ummm maybe it was an off day for them…but regardless…it is nasty from food to service. I was by myself to have a quick bite and ordered the wonton noodle soup. First of all, the first impression was not good when the server just put the menu on a table without saying anything when I walked in. Once I opened the menu I saw the prices are about 10-20% higher than other places around town, so I had higher expectation. Then the noodle soup came and it was awful. The meat in the wontons did not have much flavour and tough in texture. The 2 small shrimps were worn and tasteless. There was half a fish ball (I wondered where’s the other half!) and one piece of fake crab meat — both of these items taste freezer burn so nasty! The soup base was average. Also there was raw unprepared food left on a table that was close to the table the server seated me. That looks nasty!Food 1Service 1Freshness 1Value for food 0Cleanliness 1.5

The waitress had a cut on her finger that was not covered and the blood was pooling around the wound. Saw this when we was placing the food on the table. Overall would not come again. Friend had the pho and said it was okay. Prices are more than other pho places.
