I ordered a Teavana Shaken Iced Green Tea Lemonade. I made mistake of leaving Starbucks before taking a sip of the drink. It was really watery and had no lemonade. I went back in and told the person making drinks what happened. She apologized and told me that she forgot to put the lemonade in. Another person made my drink it was still very watery but the drink tasted a bit better with the lemonade. I’ve been at this location ordered the same drink and it didn’t taste as watery as my last drink there. First drink photo is non lemonade, second image a bit better green tea lemonade.This location is super busy they do have lots of staff on the weekend which is nice have to wait to long for a drink. The reason I give only 4.5 is the drink was really watery and I asked for little ice. I do appreciate good customer service.

I love this location! The staff are friendly and the service is stellar. If you are in a hurry, don’t come from 3-4:30 during week days because every student comes around that time and the line up is usually out to the door. Overall, great location (next to transit centre), great service, and great vibe!
Once they got it right. Once they got my order right, it tasted great. However, when I first placed my order and had it presented to me, it wasn’t correct. I’d ordered a 2 pump mocha, 2 pump vanilla, non fat, with whip hot chocolate. When I went to receive my order, it was topped with whip cream, caramel sauce and sea salt. When I looked at it and asked the barista what this was, this said it was a 2 pump mocha, 2 pump vanilla, non fat with whip hot chocolate without blink an eye. I inquired further as to why it had caramel sauce and sea salt on it, a topping usually reserved for a salted caramel hot chocolate or mocha and she indicated the drink she made prior was a salted caramel mocha and accidentally finished my drink the same way. She obviously realized her mistake but didn’t take any steps on her own to correct it. I had to ask her to remove the whip and finish my drink correct, with whip and mocha drizzle, minus caramel and sea salt.The drink tasted fine, I just wished that the barista would’ve taken the time to correct her mistake prior to presenting it to me since she obviously knew she made one, but hoped that I would accept the beverage as it was, mistake and all. marlowmoo.com
I don’t know, but my order is always made incorrect here. I can honestly say I’ve never had a good experience here.
