The smoked meat tastes really good. The portion is quite big for a combo. It tastes similar to the one in Montreal!! Too bad they dont have the cherry coke with the meal. Poutine was fine, the gravy was not hot enough to melt the cheese

Poutine?. Well, I tried the poutine and was sadly disappointed with the result. It’s hardly surprising when you start with frozen French fries and try to cover it up with cheese curds and gravy. I’m from Quebec and I would rate the fries as an epic fail.

Delicious, authentic poutine with real cheese curds. Probably the best in the city, and the owner is a really nice guy too!

I enjoyed the poutine and smoked meat. I wish they used different bread for the sandwich, as it was too light for the amount of meat.

Good Smoked Meat Sandwich and Poutine. When my wife and I are at the Blackfoot Farmers Market we always stop in for our Montreal Smoked Meat sandwich and french fry Poutine fix. The sandwich is made fresh and has great flavour and the fries are the frozen kind but with the gravy and cheese curds it didn’t matter. The packaged cheese curds they sell and I bought reminded me of St. Georges Quebec family cheese farm we visited years ago. The squeaky sound it makes when you eat it and the flavour is great. The husband and wife team are very friendly. My only wish is as I told them is they should open up a shop in the northwest then I could go there more often.
