Really gross. The buckwheat crepe tastes sour and bad, and the ham was not very tasty and I bit into a really gristly piece of ham before I threw the entire thing in the garbage after 3 bites. THUMBS DOWN to this crepe place. Maybe it would have been good with a sweet crepe and the savoury toppings. Like any other crepe show would do.
Vive la France!. Quality you can actually taste. Whole ingredients with excellent combinations for flavor make this place one of my favorite little places to go to on a cloudy Saturday morning. The sandwiches are made on freshly baked bagettes and the crepes are done right and taste just like those you’d find strolling through the streets in the Marais district in Paris.
While the food is great when available, this is the third time I’ve been turned away as they have nothing prepared.Update: Sep. 10, 2015 If you’d never had a Croque Monsieur before, you’d never want one after trying it here. Today’s version was gluey, pasty and over-salted. The bread was mush, and the ham was in big thick chunks and not evenly spread. They did not bother broiling any cheese on top and served it up with a sneer. Avoid!
Real French crepes. Owned by a Chef From Britanny, petit mousse is the real deal when it comes to crepes. They also have some croque monsieur and sandwich. The crepes are light like in France. Try the goat cheese and tomato or the ham and cheese with egg on the top ( more my style for Sunday brunch). For the sweet they serve a nutella / banana (delicieux).Save a trip to Britany and stop by the petit mousse.Bon appetit.
