When lobster alfredo is your signature dish you have a problem. There is no such thing as alfredo in Italy and especially not with lobster. There’s only one reason to come to Red Lobster and it’s for AYCE shrimp and even then it’s sketchy — unless you actually like frozen food and bland paper mch biscuits that taste like baked wallpaper paste.

I don’t understand why people like Red Lobster so much. My in-laws love to come here and I just don’t see why. I find the quality of food to always be subpar and it never lives up the the hype for me. I do like to come when they have AYCE shrimp and I can get my moneys worth. The worst part of this location is it’s always busy and the service seems to suffer because of it.

I have been a Red Lobster fan for over 25 years. I used to frequent the restaurant nearly weekly for lunch with my family in Ottawa. Every lunch I would order the crab alfredo. My order hasn’t changed. I recently went there with the hubby and once again ordered crab alfredo. While the recipe is slightly different it’s still delicious. The cheddar bay biscuits are beyond amazing. And I could eat about 50 of them. This location also has great friendly service. momnomnomsblog.wordpress.com

My boyfriend’s parents took us here for dinner one night, we have never been back. While the wait staff was friendly, it was so incredibly loud inside you couldn’t sit and enjoy your meal or have a conversation without screaming at each other. I imagine it’s because they pack as many people in there as they can. Remove some tables and allow fewer people in at a time so that they are able to enjoy their meal. My pasta dish was good, but could not get past the overwhelming smell of fish – the whole restaurant wreaked of it! Did not have an enjoyable experience.

Sad sad sad……we went in for some lunch tacos… we decided on the fish tacos… the waitress comes back n says No fish… then she says no taco shells….what the ???? The alfredo was warm n soggy and tge captains catch was just ok…kd for kids lunch…such a far cry from our other visit……WESOME AWESOME AWESOME. I had Ivy as a server and she was a server that went above and beyond. The lunch menu tacos are super tasty and the buttermilk biscuits are sooooooo delicious. I had to come back for lunch a second time this week to make sure it was not anomoly. I really like this location for lunch!

Super convenient location, but the food does not meet standards at all.We came for dinner and ordered the garlic grilled shrimp and lobster garlic linguini- both which were drenched in greasy buttery garlic oil, and not worth the price that was advertised.

Food incredibly disappointing. We came on a Friday night, there were a lot of people waiting in the lobby and outdoors which serves as a good sign that the place is popular and that people like it. I had no problem waiting for our table for 2 and we received our table within the estimated time frame. We wanted to try the Endless Shrimp deal as the commercials and website make it look pretty enticing. Throughout the night, we ended up ordered every shrimp dish available under the deal but none of them were particularly well done. The hand breaded shrimp was not crispy. It was just a warm (not hot), miserable limp imitation of what properly breaded shrimp should taste like. It completely lacked any crunch. Likewise, the coconut shrimp was too soggy, the sauce, though it did have a kick of the habenero, was too sweet. The garlic shrimp was swimming in a bed of watery garlic sauce. The teriyaki shrimp was decent enough, but was a rather small looking portion. The tempura shrimp, though extremely appetizing in sushi restaurants, was a huge flop. It didn’t even taste like real shrimp. Biting through, it seemed like the tempura batter wasn’t even cooked enough. The most decent dish was the alfredo shrimp, as it came with a pretty tasty sauce, and it’s pretty hard to mess up pasta. For something that’s so hyped up, the Endless Shrimp event was a HUGE disappointment. None of the dishes ever really came out HOT. They were all luke warm, as if they were sitting under a heat lamp for 5 hours. It’s especially noticeable when the fried shrimp items, like the hand-battered fried shrimp and the coconut shrimp had absolutely no crunch to them. Red Lobster, you disappoint me and should be ashamed of the so-called ‘food’ you put out. It was rather a large waste of money, but at least I now know that I will be avoiding this place in the future.
