I absolutely love their food !!! Its consistently delicious and the owners are very friendly and welcoming. My favourite is the pork bulgogi with strawberry mango bubble tea. The gyoza is also freaking amazing, along with the salad rolls. Looking forward to trying more of the menu. Keep up the great work
I’ve been supporting and enjoying the food from Angela and Paul for years now. It’s a healthy and fresh lunch spot for me, just a short drive away as someone who works in the foothills industrial area. Great service and my favourite items are; shrimp salad rolls, beef bulgogi or butter chicken sub, veggie rice or vermecelli bows.

Best subs ever!! Great portions and the staff is super friendly. I’m so glad vietnamese subs can travel, in their food truck! The drinks are superb too. Half sweet is perfect for people who prefer it.
THE BEST! I will never eat a sub anywhere else!!!! I am forever going to stalk your truck everytime I need my fix!!
