Decent food, horrible portions, terrible service. For the price we paid, the amount we received was horrible, we ended up paying $80, and it’s mostly liquid in thoes tiny containers, and to fish around for what little meat there was. Heck they didn’t even want to deliver it to us… we placed the order on justeat and it said it would be delivered to us in an hour, we received a call 20 minutes later saying it’ll be longer then an hour… then we received another call another 20 minutes later asking where we were… as in (northeast or northwest) and when we told them we were staying at a hotel in northeast they suddenly decided that they couldn’t deliver it to us.. saying something about the driver didn’t want to deliver it. I complained that how we had found it on the website and how it said it was the restaurant in our area and that they wouldn’t have a problem with the delivery, she had said to that they will check and will call me back, never did get a call back but obviously they decided to deliver it cause another 20 minutes later they delivery driver was here with our food…
Don’t Order Delivery. I ordered food from India Palace via the website just-eat.ca. My food was scheduled to be at my place around noon, but it was late. I called to confirm that my order was in fact en route to which they replied that the delivery driver had left 15 minutes prior. Another 15 minutes goes by, and I call again. The man on the phone said that the driver only picked up the food 5 minutes before and that it was on it’s way, and then I was promptly hung up on. Lying, and hanging up on your customers is not a good business practice. Needless to say dealing with this establishment is painful, and I don’t recommend it.
