Decided to order some Chinese takeout and this place was actually amazing! The dishes we ordered were a great portion and I think they have the best salt and pepper squid from a takeout restaurant. You can order on JustEat and get 20% off your order. Great food for a great price.
Worst food I have ever had in my entire life. Could not eat two bite’s, because it was tasteless. So I had to through the rest in the garbage ( I think the bug’s in the alley trash bucket liked it ). DO NOT WASTE YOU MONEY HERE
There are many better places…. Delivery and ordering process were great as usual. (from tasteaway)The food is not good. The ginger beef tasted like it was cooked in a pan that had just been used to cook squid. (and I like squid, but not on my ginger beef)The dumplings looked and tasted like they had been cooked on a plancha grill that had not had been cleaned because there were burnt bits of something else all over them and they exploded out grease when you bit into them. Besides those 2 misses, the wontons in the wonton soup were lacking any flavor. The mixed vegetables and chicken and broccoli, the vegetables were way over cooked (delivery was really fast so that shouldn’t have been an issue)Overall, I would not order from here again.
Favorite chinese food in calgary!. I have tried quite a few places in calgary for Chinese food, and everywhere ive tried has been very discouraging other then this place! ive ordered from here quite a few time, and everytime i get the same consistent product. It doesn’t look like much from the outside, or inside, just a small place with a table or two, but its good for takeout!
Above average food and decent speed delivery. The food was quite tasty, pretty good I will say. Ordered the Chicken Fried Rice and Honey Chicken Balls and they were great. The delivery is okay. Understandable as it was ordered when the restaurant just opened at 11am which is great because I really couldn’t find any other Chinese restaurant that delivered at lunch! Price was very reasonable as well and the owner was very nice. Would recommend it!
Best in the City!. I do not know what these other reveiwers are saying. We eat here at least twice a week. It is hard to find good chinese food and this food is delicious and he does subtitutions at no extra charge. The food IS cooked fresh, I’ve watched them cook it. Maybe the black on the container was the ginger beef sauce because the sauce is a very dark sauce ( as another reviewer said their container had black on it). I do not recommend eating the spare ribs. I believe it is impossible to get good spare ribs at any chinese place.The owners are very kind and actually quite funny.
Worst chinese resaurant ever. My husband and I ordered about $50 of food few days ago and it was the worst Chinese food i have even eaten. I marred a Chinese man so i now what it should taste like and this came nowhere close to be Chinese food, plus it was over half an hour late. they are not getting my business ever again.
