Alright if you’re looking for s pub to have some drinks/wings and play pool, prices reasonable and service is good. I’ve only eaten here twice, for a reason. First time I had wings and they were what you’d expect for pub wings. Not great, not bad, just average wings. Second time I ordered the chicken parmigiana which looked/tasted like they dumped some tomato soup on it from a can and topped it with a processed cheese slice. I scraped the toppings off and managed to eat some of the chicken. The chicken and sides were edible but not fantastic. The other guest with me ordered something else and he said his was good (think it was beef dip or philly melt or something like that).
Nice dive bar vibe in a strip mall. Yes the decor is 1982 — complete with faux oak trim. Even got 80s tunes on the box. But the place is surprisingly clean. The clientele aren’t scary, either. Blue collar, but refreshingly normal. Never argue with $3 beers. The owners are obviously Mediterranean, Lebanese or more likely Greek. She’s a sweet momma lady who I can just tell is running the kitchen. Can guarantee the food is homemade. I had the lunch pizza, which was enormous for $6.50. Overall, nice vibe — but I like dive bars. Decent food. I’m definitely coming back for some specialities like the Sambuca shrimp. In a dive bar? Hell-ooo.
This is a great little hole in the wall dive bar. You definitely don’t want to bring a first date here… But the food was great for the price you pay. The waitress was friendly and efficient. Our food was super quick. The menu is also quite large but as with most five bars, has nothing too fancy.
Amazing Steak!. This place has the best steak in the S.E and N.E. We were there today. Amazing! We’ll definitely be back!
Dissapointing. Service wasn’t bad , but it’s a sketchy place. Broken tv ‘s, windows and the drinks weren’t made properly .
Amazing food!. My husband and I went there on recommendation. Its not much on the eyes but the food was well portioned and amazingI had the house special soup (beef noodle) it was seriously the best noodle soup I’ve ever had. My husband had bacon and eggs. Cooked to perfection and very tasty. Will be back.
As far as the food is concerned, you get what you pay for on this place. You should really visit this place to see how many grammatical mistakes you can identify on the menu…it’s like a glossary of abecedarian fundamentals. How many times can you find Waldo? It’s a fun game to play…plus, they have Olympia on special every Sunday, so there’s some more incentive. I should also add that I believe they may have acquired their furniture from a 1980’s hotel lobby, so it’s really nice…
