Delicious and fresh every time. I wish I had discovered this place years ago!The ladies behind the counter are friendly and greet you as though they’ve known you for ever.
I love Eat-a-Pita. One factor that keeps me coming back here is the level of service. The ladies working here hold conversations with you while you wait in line, which keeps you entertained. Additionally, the staff check on you periodically if you choose to dine-in to make sure you’re comfortable throughout your meal. Their pita wraps never fail to satisfy my cravings. My personal favourites are the beef donair, chicken shawarma, and tenderloin steak wraps. Leave room for dessert because you’ll want to try their Bavarian cream horns and baklava. If you can’t decide on what to drink with your meal grab a bottle of the mango juice! Don’t let the appearance of this joint turn you away. It’s a must try.
There is so much I could say about this donair shop. My family has been regulars here for many years. Even when it was different owners! Still the same though. Best donairs in the city hands down! Thank you for all the great food guys!
Yum!. One of the best donairs in the city! Sauces are fantastic. Baklava is to die for. You won’t be dissapointed!
One of the places you MUST eat in Calgary. First time I ever had Eat-A-Pita it was via just-eat. Ever since then we have been hooked (Spouse, co-workers, even business client that have had working lunches always return). If it is your first time, get the Lebanese style donair, if you get a funny look just have them ask Jasmine. It is your standard donair, with no lettuce, garlic sauce (instead of sweet), and hot sauce (Donair meat is spicy enough for me, so I get it without hot sauce). These things are heavenly tubes of donair meat that will blow your mind. While you are there be sure to ask for some of their Homemade Hummus or Baba Ganoush, they are both made in house and are some of the best I have ever had. Beyond this, I have never found an item that I have not enjoyed on their menu. If you are in Calgary, you owe it to yourself to check out.
Best Donair’s I’ve Ever Had. I’ve been going here since high school, and I will never stop. The donair’s are amazing. The meat is cooked perfect. Cut fresh off the spit, and then into your pita. Fresh veggies, delicious sauce. Then they put in the grill press, and it’s amazing. Their Shawarma is the same way, with the garlic sauce and seasoned chicken tasting perfect. I’ve had their Steak Pita, which was also amazing. Real thick steak strips. Their Fatayir’s and all their baked goods are delicious. Even their wings are cooked amazing, taste just like hot wings at bar. They take a while to get because they cook them fresh, but they don’t disappoint. I have never had a bad meal from eat-a-pita, and they’re super friendly too. Check it oooooooout.
