I love this place! The sandwiches, soups and salads are always tasty and fresh. Owner makes them all from scratch and is very friendlyMy only complaint is that it doesn’t have longer hours, so I can occasionally grab it on my way home from work.

Amazing! The best lunch spot in the fort. I absolutely love her hamburger soup, and grilled ham and cheese sandwiches. A++

This place is fantastic. Gloria greeted me with a warm hello and was a pleasure. I had a pastrami on rye, and spicy buffalo soup. The soup was delicious, a bit salty for me, but delicious. I also really enjoyed the sandwich. The rye bread was grilled and perfectly crunchy on the outside with a nice texture on the inside. I also found out it is freshly baked and has no preservatives, which I appreciate. I’m also a big sauerkraut guy, and it was great. All in all, I left extremely satisfied. Thanks, from a visitor from Vancouver.

Hidden Gem. I have drove by this place hundreds of times and never stopped in. Yesterday I took my kids out for lunch and decided to try it. It honestly was the best lunch I have had in a very long time. I had the chicken salad sandwich and my kids had grilled cheese and a soup. My chicken salad sandwich was massive and it was amazing. My girls loved their veggie/lentil soup and grilled cheese. My kids even asked if we could come back again. I love the fact that everything, even down to the bread is homemade and she offers many gluten free options if you need it. Its so nice to have a place that offers good old fashioned whole foods that you feel good feeding your family. The service is amazing and the lady that owns it is very friendly. She even gave my girls free desert. Everyone that walked in was treated so nice and was given great service. The prices are great too. For everything we had it only came to 25.00. I look at it like this, had I taken my kids to mcdonalds and feed them that crap I would have spent the same amount and got not even close to the quality food we had. We will deff. be back here more often !!

Went for lunch. Lovely, friendly owner. Around 4 choices of soup. My husband and I are salt-a-holics. We both had the broccoli/cauliflower soup and it was so salty that we could barely eat it! He had bread with his soup, which was fresh. I had the special, stuffed green pepper. It wasn’t very warm and it was way overly spiced with a dried spice (I think Thyme) that was so overpowering and I kept getting the dried pieces stuck in my teeth, my throat…I was spitting them out long after lunch! As much as I wanted to enjoy and like this place, there was simply too many issues with the soup and special!

Real food means healthy food!. Gloria’s Soup Spot offers a few homemade soups, salads and sandwiches daily. The menu changes often. I especially love the lentil curry soup, dark rye bread and Rueben sandwich. The servings are very large, so construction workers will be filled up after a meal here. I think I’m better off ordering a half sandwich and salad. By the way, she offers a Keurig machine and wide choice of coffees as well. One problem, I’m always too full to try her home baked cakes and buns for desert. Watch for her special meals. On Valentine’s Day they had an amazing buffet! My farmer husband raved for days about it…enjoy!

Best soup EVER. Just had lunch at Gloria’s and it was one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. Simple, hearty, and delicious! All that and Gloria’s charm sure made for a great lunch.
