I’m confused about the negative reviews for this place. Maybe it was just a bad day/ or a rare bad experience because I’ve been there tons of times and I definitely keep coming back because their food is that great! I’ve tried their subs and vermicelli bowls. I think next on my list with be their pho. I would highly recommend their spicy bulgogi sub, it was the first time I tried that and of course it won’t be my last. So far that’s my favourite sub! Anyways, just read the reviews and take it for yourself if you want to risk it or not. And to be honest, there are such things as bad days so just because you get one, doesn’t mean that place is all bad. I always try being considerate and give places second chances. And another bonus is they bake their own bread unlike other places that buy it from a bakery.
Very quick and friendly service. I was recommended the beef steak & egg sub and it was delicious. Nice to also learn they bake their own bread and fresh everyday too. Definitely will be going back to try their other options.
On June 24/17 , this was my 3rd time going to this place and will likely be the last. while I ordered the beef sate sub, I didn’t expect the beef to be ice cold. How does this place expect to putting ice cold beef on a sub, proceed to put it through the toaster, then expect the beef to be hot? Good news, it doesn’t even become remotely warm. If I wanted a ‘cold cut’ sub, I would of ordered one.I have been to my fair share of viet sub places here in Calgary, but this is the worst one.all other places at least put hot beef on the subs.while I didn’t get full food poisoning, the next 30 hours I did manage to sit on a toilet often. While I tried ‘branching’ and tried a new restaurant , getting major diarrhea is just not my thing. While they advertise in the store on leaving reviews on food and social media sites, be careful if you leave a negative one on Facebook, they will just block you so you can not counter reply back to their reply..why advertise it in the store if you can’t take criticism on cold food that you claim is always hot.. I see it as being guilty of doing serving ‘hot food’ cold, which was my main complaint…
Not good Avocado Boba tea. Ingredients are synthetics except for fresh milk. Doesn’t even taste avocado. Will not recommend buying Boba tea.
Love it. This place is wicked. Staff are super friendly and nice. Food is made fast with great prices. They sell the buns for the Vietnamese subs which is a added bonus. I will be back ASAP !!!
Awesome fresh vietnamese subs! These guys make hearty sandwiches and are super friendly! They also do espresso drinks and of course bubble teas! I don’t like bubble tea so I can’t say if they are good for not but their basic lattes are good and so is there ice coffee. I wish there was less ice in my iced coffee but that is something I would just request next time I go. Nice family run business and they do catering as well.Same parking lot as CDI College, Calgary Central Sportsplex, Sunridge Badminton, and Coffee Connection.
A different Vietnamese sub place. They do catering, delivery and bake their own bread. Not many Vietnamese sub places in Calgary do this. Bread is very delicious and the place is nice and clean. There are many options on the menu, they don’t just do subs. Owner is very friendly, great customer service.
