I have been to this restaurant around 5 times over the span of 2 years. I have been to many Korean bbq places and I believe this one is worth the price you pay. The servers and friendly, it is often packed and service can be slow at times. Meat quality is pretty good and it is not overly sweet as some other Korean bbq I have been to.
Insadong is probably the best korean restaurant in the NE. Staff are very friendly and personable, price is great, food quality is great. I go back as often as I wish to eat korean food!
This place is not good after the renovations. The service sucks, the waiters only come around when you are cooking food (so when you’re busy); they do not come when you need to reorder (all you can eat BBQ). The side dishes are not refilled, some dishes did not come out until I kept pestering the waiters. I would not recommend. Food quality is not good either especially the deobottki. Stay away.
