Ten Rens is a cute little shop that sells Taiwan style hot and cold drinks. Whenever I visit, I usually order a mango slush with pearls or one of the milk teas on the menu. They sometimes have tea eggs which are yummy and worth.

Their bubble tea is limited in selection but does have a wonderful selection for the size of the place. Always had pretty good customer service from there (considering the cultural differences). I usually buy tea blindly there just to see if I find something new and exciting! And every now and again the owner will have a pot brewing and will let you try it if you ask.
