The name is misleading. 95% of the menu is fried chicken, so not really a BBQ place. Regarding the resturant’s look, the place itself is very tiny and cold. The floor is cement. The service is slow, and they are heavily understaffed. You aren’t given more than a little napkin, which is horrible given that their menu is all fried chicken. There are only two staff working (one serving and at the front, the other in the back). Regarding the food itself, I ordered the 3 piece shallot chicken with fries and a pop for about $11. The price isn’t even worth it because the chicken is mostly batter, and the taste isn’t really good.Overall: bad service, horrible and cold atmosphere. Also, there is no air dryer in the washroom and the rolling paper to wipe your hands is OUTSIDE of the washroom. So you have to get out the washroom and awkwardly dry your hands and face while other customers are eating just beside you in this tiny place.Please do not go to this place, do not waste your money.

The chicken is not greasy at all and very flavourful. The service wasn’t great tonight though.. We were never offered water but the food quality is good.
This is one of my favourite places in the city for fried chicken. Unassuming and tucked away between Canadian Tire and one of the entrances to Pacific Mall, the food is amazing and affordable. The beef & pork plates are great for if you want a bit of variety rather than just a plate of meat. Shallot chicken is unparalleled and delicious, I usually split a full order with a friend. They might be a tad short-staffed at times but they make things work, even though they have to do so many things at once, they’ve always been friendly and tried to get everything out to customers as soon as possible, customer service is great.

Food was pretty much right in the middle. Not bad, not great. I’ve had better Korean-style fried chicken elsewhere in Calgary.PRO TIP: Take a look around the restaurant before you order. If there’s a lot of people in there that don’t already have food, you’ll be waiting a while for yours.
This is one of the spots I visit for that delicious, tasty, and juicy chicken crave. The seats here are pretty comfy, but can feel cramped due its size, and it can get very busy, but when it’s busy expect the service to be a little slow.I always order their yum yum chicken in special sauce, and a pork bulgogi poutine with a side of rice bowl while watching korean and american music videos. Get those hands dirty on those chicken because it’s worth it.The chicken was moist, yummy batter soaked in yum yum special sauce providing a balance of sweet, spicy, and a hint of tang. I would come to this place almost every weekend. The 2 piece of shallot chicken are the bomb, though it’s spicy just a little it still very good. Also our favourite as a group of friends are the twisted potatoes cheese flavour. We order it everytime we eat there for lunch. The BBQ plate is amazing for $13 it has rice with many sides of dishes. I definitely recommend this place.
