The worst Indian food ever. Their naan was very dry and Samosas dint have any flavor to it. This one is not an authentic Indian place. Look else were if you are looking for one.
Was out walking with a friend she recommended this place. We couldn’t decide what to order so we let the guy help us! Very nice and helpful with all our dietary issues! I am gluten free vegetarian and my friend is vegetarian! I wish I could remember what we ordered! Everything was awesome it was a bit pricy but the food was amazing!
Been to this place couple times. The place is more like cafe style rather than a restaurant. I had chilli chicken and it was okay(non authentic). The owner has an excellent customer service skills. She’s pretty good in remembering the customers .
In all honesty, I blind ordered off the vegetarian section; and couldn’t have been more pleased! Both dishes my friend and I ordered were hot, delicious, and aesthetically prepared.
Ordered through skip the dishes, came to pick up 30 minutes later and they said they didnt get the order. I decided to wait anyway. We got the Butter Chicken poutine and Butter Chicken Panaani. My boyfriends poutine wasnt great, and really didn’t look good either. My naan was rubbery/chewy and clearly microwaved. Butter chicken was definitely too mild for us and lacked something. Huge disappointment, we’re not impressed 🙁
Caesar salad was drenched in sauce and very soggy. I’m not a fan of the Caesar dressing and didn’t taste any tandoori flavour on the chicken. 🙁
The food was just amazing and had some unique items that we’d never seen on a regular Indian menu before. We tried the pakoras, beef samosas, mango butter chicken and lamb butter masala with plain an and chill garlic naan. The flavours were sweet and so tasty. Probably the best Indian flavours we’ve ever had. Can’t wait to visit again the next time we’re in Edmonton.
