Quiet place for lunch, my wife and aunt had the grilled chicken club which was decent, my boy had the quesadilla which was full of fresh veggies and he loved it, and I had the chorizo burger with goat cheese and it was outstanding. The fries that came with however were very fishy, and i would expect food at this price point to be prepared in a separate fryer from fish. If someone visiting is allergic to fish i would not recommend eating here.
The food here is bad. Scratch that. Really bad. But the thing is, most people who go here go for the atmosphere. This is a place you go to grab a few beers, sit back, and watch the oilers game. For that, I would definitely consider this place. For anything else, do not even give this consideration.
Good drinks, but blah food. I had the prawn tacos. Three tacos, three (slightly undercooked) prawns per taco, lots of filler and cilantro. I only had two; life is too short to eat lousy food.
Great service from Jade K tonight! We were two out of towners having a casual drink on the patio and she made us feel like we were at home. Thanks to her, we will be back again.
No huge expectations given to the place prior to visit, and this thought was a correct one. Food menu looked pretty standard, and I have seen many plates around gone unfinished which did not look promising. Steak sandwich was good but nothing wow about it. Maybe a bit small portion size though. Service friendly but very slow. Huge plus – rooftop patio, however stairs leading to it are quite busy with servers and guests. Maybe will be back again if no better options readilyavailable around.
This place is fun and relaxing! LOVE the rooftop patio. Best seats on Whyte! … and apparently has great burgers. Haven’t triedthem yet but can’t wait to!
HORRIBLE FOOD. People go here for food and patio. The food is worse than awful.
