RIP OFF. FIRST AND LAST VISIT.Had the sate soup with chicken. Bowl was medium size and smaller than the regular size pho soup bowls I observed at other tables. The sate soup was of your sub-standard variety and nothing special at all. The real problem was how pricey it was and for a medium size bowl at that. With tax and $2.00 tip it came to $17.49. Are you kidding me!? One bowl of soup…..that’s way over the top of Mount Greedy. $17.49 for one bowl of soup! I say again $17.49 for one bowl of soup.

Came here on Friday with my girlfriend to try out some fabulous pho. Unfortunately… it was not that phobulous. I ordered the bun bo hue and my girlfriend ordered the seafood pho – it was also quite pricey. My bun bo hue was not spicy (there was barley any bun bo hue paste), used pho noodles instead of bun bo hue noodles and had way more noodles than meat. The seafood pho lacked flavor and meat. I would not recommend this pho place.
Supper tonight’s phobilous. Service is fast and informative and pleasant. Restaurant is busy but staff are fast and dishes come out of the kitchen I a hurry. Noodle bowl is flavorful and well presented. Vermicelli bowl comes with great spring rolls and is full of flavor. Great service, fabulous flavor and value all in one stop. We will be back.
Quite good pho place. they really nail it on the spices, great taste featured prominently. the meat is great also, really nice texture. the only criticism I have here is that the beefy buttery flavors of the bone marrow in the broth are fairly muted, and kind of take more of a back seat than they should. Price is alright as well. overall pretty solid
Came on Friday night. The pho was ok, but not great. Very onion forward. Beef was tasty though! I think I’ll keep searching for my favorite pho place in Edmonton.
I came here many years ago and wasn’t please. Well I’ve seen been back and things has really changed for the better. Pho real (aka Pho tai): good broth, with just the right amount of onions and veggies; decent amount of rare beef, but it’s all about the quality of the beef here; would have like the broth to be hotter but that’s minor as they can fix that next time Chicken salad rolls: the quality of the chicken is great, especially compared to other pho places. I should note that I showed up 20 minutes before closing and the server Joanne was very hospitable and didn’t make me feel unwanted unlike other restaurants near closing time (I still made sure to leave by closing as I didn’t want to be rude).
