Service was good and the menu looks intriguing but the food was just okay once delivered. We found it pricy for what was given; you really dont get the feeling you are being served very high quality ingredients.

The food overall was alright – the rating is mostly for the service that we were provided with. We made a reservation for a large group for my friends birthday late at night and chose to mostly order off of the happy hour menu (which is, according to their menu, should be happening from 9pm onwards). Many of us were ordering items from that menu only to find out WHEN OUR BILLS WERE BROUGHT OUT that they got rid of that happy hour. We were extremely upset that our server didnt even bother to mention that menu change until we were ready to pay. It was very clear that the main reason why we were order that food was because it was on special. Honestly just seemed like she was trying to get more money out of us. Extremely disappointed in you Seorak.
Poor quality food. Staff wasnt friendly and Im sure bar tender is selling more than food and drinks. Not impressed. If you want buffet style for double the price then go for it
I’ve eaten at Seorak on several occasions. One thing that should be pointed out is each time the restaurant has improved. I went on a busy Saturday the night of the Connor vs Mayweather boxing match. We started with pressed sushi. Due to the sweetness of the rice, it had its own twist. It was delightful. Next we shared the bulgogi stew. It was light and a nice shared dish to begin a meal. The ‘rich cut’ was a favourite of the table and was ordered several times. We ordered several cocktails which were done well. The meal was finished with a few snow bowls. Overall it’s great to see that the menu has been streamlined and the new additions fit well with the existing dishes. Service was good considering it was a packed house. I will be back again.
