So yummy! My favourite out of the three that my friends and I ordered was probably the cheesecake. But the mango and strawberries were very tasty, not sour at all which was nice. The regular size gave you so much, so I was full by the time I reached the middle. But everything was so yummy. I definitely would love to come back and try other flavours.

Korean shaved ice bingsu and flaky red bean taiyaki. You will find this place on whyte ave with plenty of street parking. Dessert spot also has warm drinks. Waited a little while to get desserts, may have been because of recent grand opening.

Good portions and very clean cafe. It would be nicer to see that the takoyaki was simliar to the streetfood ones in Korea where its more of a cake instead of a croissant lotsofloving.wordpress.com

Sevier time has thankfully decreased since their soft and grand opening.. hot my desserts (to share!) Last night 10min after paying! The soft fluffy shaved frozen 100% Canadian milk (bingsoo) has the consistency of a light ice cream, especially the more denser bits at the bottom of the bowl. Seasonal fruit is featured, though you shouldn’t miss out on their traditional bingsoo covered in a powdered malty cereal, sweetened red beans and soft slightly chewy rice mocha bits. They also have a dense crossaint like pastry filled with custard (yum!), sweetened red bean paste, and other fillings such as oreo. Nice place to grab a large cool dessert to share with friends or family! eatyourcity.ca

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. I’m not much of a dessert person unless it’s donuts…. but Ive never tried bingsu and was curious as to what it is. It reminded me of a Filipino dessert called Halo-halo with the shaved ice and toppings.I thought it was the kind of place where you would get seated and get served. But you order at the counter first then find your seat after. However there is limited seating and people like to sit and chill for quite a bit. So you might be standing and eating your dessert…My sister and I ordered the regular size red bean bingsu. We both found it to be a big serving and even between the two of us we didn’t finish it. But we also just had dinner right before. I’ve never had bingsu @before so I don’t really have anything to compare it with. But I actually enjoyed it. It wasn’t too sweet at least on the top, it started to get sweeter near the bottom of the bowl.. Also it was pretty refreshing on a hot day. I didn’t find it too heavy like ice cream which was nice. However, I guess I didn’t love it as I probably wouldn’t go out of my way again to come here again.

Finally made my way to snowy dessert. I’m so glad to finally have multiple dessert places to go to in Edmonton. I came in on a Saturday afternoon and it wasn’t too busy and there was seating inside and outside available. My friend and I were extremely full from lunch so we opted to share a small matcha green tea bingsu ($9). The matcha powder was generous and it was nicely prepared as well. The snow/ice was milky and soft, melting in your mouth as it should. Overall, worth the visit, tasty but can be pricey and parking may be a pain as it’s next to Dorinku on whyte.

So happy I tried this place!! For once we get something original and different in Edmonton!! We had the matcha and red beans bingsu. The texture of the milk shaved ice is so unique! It melts in your mouth yet it is so refreshing and not too sweet.
