I typically order from Bella Roma in lakeview but decided to try something different tonight. I ordered delivery and the driver was right on time with the pizza being hot and fresh still. Theres no doubt that the pizza is very good(I ordered house special with jalapeos) but the prices are absolutely absurd! I ordered a 12 pizza and a 2L coke for delivery and my total was $42.50! As I said, the pizza is good but sorry, the prices are ridiculous! I enjoyed what I ordered but will have a hard time ordering from here again.
I ordered the special – two 10 inch pizzas for 37.95. I picked the house special and the vegetarian. Both were pretty similar with the exception of the meat. Crust was thick but light. The tomato sauce tasted homemade and it had a zing to it. Toppings weren’t heavy or greasy. Overall, a tasty pizza. One 10 inch pizza would be enough for two people, though you would need also eat a salad or a small appy to be full. I’m glad I tried it as an alternative to Hanni’s.
