Have always had good service and pizza here. Hard to beat the price for pick-up. I’ve also made large orders (more than 6 large pizzas) for delivery and they’ve always been right on time with the correct order. Definitely recommend it you’re looking for a basic but yummy pizza 🙂
Worst service ever!. Worst customer service company!!!! Called a order to the Oakridge, Calgary location and never received the pizza. I called them back 1 1/2 hours later to find out what happened. They could have cared less, they passed the order to another location, not even close to my house. I called the other location and they said they don’t deliver to my area. Wtf! So after two wasted hours, nothing. Will never order from them again. Stay away from this company!

This used to be my favorite place to get pizza. The last time I ordered from there the lady was rude on the phone. When I went to pick up there was kids in the back.?? The lady was again rude. The pizza was so gross. No sauce. Hardly any toppings. I was so disappointed. Did they get new owners? It used to be so good!
Not good service bad pizza.
Dry like the desert.. Ordered a cheese pizza for kids and meat pizza for myself. Well, first off I ordered thin crust and the bottom was burnt. Second, the cheese was borderline burnt. Third, no cheese taste what so ever and for all I know they could have put road kill in it and I couldn’t tell because I couldn’t taste the meat either. My kids each ate one piece and I had to throw the rest away because they said it didn’t taste like pizza. Who is it that taught these people to make pizza anyway? Thumbs down big time. These people need to go to the States and learn the right way to make pizza. Try St.louis or Chicago. Because they have taste and don’t burn the pizza!
Chicken feather in my sandwitch. I ordered from 17th Ave SW outlet sandwich and chicken strips, I discovered a feather in my sandwich. The owner / manager reaction to my statement was that they only use chicken breast so no chance that I can get that in my meal. After arguing he offered to give me credit for the next order, I refused as I wasn’t planing to make anther order and asked for replacement and was told that it will take 45 minutes to reach despite that I am only 1km away.The food was old and reheated tomatoes and lettuce were not fresh.I wouldn’t make another order
