I just went to BP this evening, such a horrible experience! Asked for a mojito and the mint was welted and didn’t taste good at all! Told our waitress I didn’t want it and asked for a different drink, so the manager came over and told me they will still have to charge me for the drink because they made it exactly how the menu said, told her I had it before and it was not the same. Needless to say they still charged me for the drink and she seemed very unprofessional! Ordered the meditterianin pasta, pasta was not cooked. Never going there again. Should of went to mc Donald’s for that price and experience!
Alright. They need a new review. So this place is semi clean to eat at. The wait, never terrible. Staff? Questionable. Depends on the waiter/ waitress. Now about the food. The food is prepared very nicely at the restaurant. As far as delivery goes. It looks like slop when you get it. I hate it. The food looks like it was left for hours. I also suggest that they clean their silverware better at their restaurant.
Can not get your order right ever. We ordered our meal for pick-up, they even called back to confirm which was nice but to return to over half our items missing and wrong size salads ect. When we called back they did not offer to deliver the missing items said we could come back and pick them up or get a 5.00 in house credit when our meal was 50.00 bucks, when we returned to get the order that had been remade it was still incorrect and the staff were snotty and rude we will not be returning to this place, there is another BP’s in GP i recommend not using the North location
The service was fantastic (thank you Chris); my glass never was empty long enough to notice. The food was delicious, and the speed (group of 9) was well under the 30 min mark. Great job!
Beware. This is absolutely the worst place I’ve ever ordered from. After 2 hr long wait on a Thursday night it was cold and mangled. Tried to call and talk to some one and just got the runaround. NEVERAGAIN!!!!
Service. As the city becomes busy again the ability of restaurants to supply good servers diminish. Boston pizza is victim to this Boston pizza in Edmonton is clearly better not only the service but the food is better.
A small pizza in grande prairie costs 17$ (pick up price). Wow! and a good slice pizza does not exist here.
