Best burgers in GP. We have wen eating here since they opened downtown. The burgers are top shelf awesome. The meat itself is a tribute is great home style hamburgers. Great fries and poutine, and love the soup and sandwiches.
Okay food BAD service. I went to Burger Heaven with my other coworkers for dinner tonight. Food was ok (My mushroom burger was good but onion rings were too normal)But service was not that good!When we went to the restaurants, there were 3 server girls chatting at the front of the kitchen. Even they saw we were standing at the front door, they just stared at us and continued chatting each other for another few mins. And all the sudden it got really awkward to stand there and waiting for them to finish their Chatting time!Then finally one of a girl came to us and told us to seat wherever we want. I felt really bad being there. Seriously, if I was not with my coworkers, I would just leave the restarant immediately. I am from Calgary and I don’t wanna say I am from a big city.But this stupid thing doesn’t happen in Calgary especially popular restaurant.Owner should train your servers properly. Food is goos but not the service.
Pleasant Surprise!. Short story; I loved it. For years I heard one thing or another about this place, and it really goes to show what word of mouth can do to a fine business. Never once did even consider walking in for a buger after all the haters I’ve exchanged conversation with, but anyway, I walk by a sign out front, and this amazing sounding burger was advertised as the special for the day. So they peak my interest, I head inside and instantly I feel a cozy-friendly vibe. Small location, but it was suitable for dining, if that’s what you’re into. I’m in the door and *boom* instant service, I take a seat at the bar to check out the open kitchen(cookie hard at work). Menu, water. Poof. Like magic. Then, I order. Quick, to the point, but ever-present friendliness and professionalism. Boy was I surprised. Blah, Blah, Blah -they said. So, There I am, waiting for my burger, and I’m diggin’ the music, when I notice the recycling. Do you serve beer here too!? I order a beer the moment I want one and I have one. Then, once I’m just getting used to the proper drink, my burger arrives in all it’s glory. Now, I don’t mean to exaggerate, but it was a damn good burger, hot, messy, fresh ingredients(so uncommonly crisp that I mentioned it to person who helped me) I don’t usually write these kinds of things, but after all the time I spent avoiding this place, it deserved redemption. 8/10 (Will be there again!)

Good burgers, pricey, poor service. Another restaurant that doesn’t understand how to have a high level of customer service and provide a great experience for customers. Sitting at the main counter only 5 feet away from 2 staff who were doing other things besides serving other customers and I had to get their attention so I could order, then the order was wrong twice with no apology. On top of that I was charged extra for substituting onion rings for fries when the rings were the same frozen, greasy, bland kind that you get at burger king. Word of advice, don’t charge for substituting something that’s poor quality. Have you had the rings at Mr. Mikes? The burger was good, but not worth $13.
