Review. I was out at the Jackpot Bar and Grill tonight with my family and relatives from a different country. My father – in- law went to pay the bill as he and the relatives from a different country were going to watch a ball game. Myself and my husband and kids remained behind for a few minutes, so when the waitress came to box up my daughters food she let us know that the bill was paid but a gratuity had not been paid. I could not believe the gall of the waitress, to let the people that were left there after the bill had been paid to say that the gratuity had not been paid. I should have asked to see the bill and what my father in law had paid, because for all I know he had paid it and she was asking for more. Will I eat there again? NO
So so bad! Terrible. Lousy food, dirty kitchen area, terrible service, super high price. Among the worst places I have ever eaten. I had the lunch buffet. It even had a terrible selection. Terrible. Horrible. Terrible. I can’t say it enough. Just gross dining experience.
Chinese. Food is not bad but not great eithermiddle of the road food service is good.Prices about the same as any other chinese restaurant.
We went in jackpot grill for lunch. i was with my mom, husband and my 19 mos. old baby. 3 of us had buffet and its ridiculous that my 19 mos.old baby was charged for $4.95 open food where he barely ate the buffet and his apple juice costs us $ 2.95. thats so expensive! The service wasnt that good.. i got refills on my water after im done eating..im not going back again : (
