You can’t go to a place that’s known for its rotisserie chicken and have high hopes as a vegetarian. That said I don’t go for the food; I go for the service. Good service in Grande Prairie is really hard to find and this is one of the few places that every time I go the staff go out of their way to make sure my seven year old is happy!
Dissatisfied & disappointed. Ordered the festival family feast with a whole chicken, 4 sides, dinner buns, 2l pop, 4 box of lindor chocolates, and gravy for pick up. Price was decent, $42 in total. Food on the other hand could be better. The worse part was: they forgot the pop, veggies was wilted & brown, fries was overcooked & very dried, and gravy was salty. The chicken was good but wasnt any thing fantastic about it. 2nd time having swiss chalet and im not sure I would go back for the 3rd time.
