I have to give this place a 4/5 experience. The food is usually pretty good, around 4 to 5. But be warned the dish size is very small and you’re better off eating a meal at home first before you go so you’re pretty much full already. I am 160 pounds and I would just say I’m and average eater in the evening. Really by the time evening comes if I had an apple, a pear with a slice of bread or two at home I would probably be satisfied.. And I would say an evening meal here is just enough to satisfy me just to give you an idea of how small the portions are… So given how much they serve you it’s not a good deal at all which is why I never go. But there’s something to be said about the experience of eating here which is pretty unique. So when you consider the *entire picture* the prices are just,.. justified.
We went here because everyone was raving about this place. The service was some of the worst in grande prairie. We were given drinks and appies right away but the meal took an additional 45 minutes!! The server was quite short and rude. Didn’t even look us in the face. We had the roast lamb and steak. The meat was very good! The Greek salad was good. But they put bullshit rice on the side.. Very bland. I would say the food is decent but the service was bad enough that I would not rush to go back.
Very disappointed, I have had the rack of lamb there three times every time I expect it to be good, after all it’s a Greek restaurant their lamb should be outstanding. Instead you get flavourless, barely seasoned lamb cooked without care or inspiration…every time. I’m done.
