Runny blizzard. When I complained I was told that was the way they were. I ask about being able to turn it over. She laughed. The milkshake was like whipped cream. Full of bubbles and cool but not cold. The staff didn’t care that the product quality was poor.

This location is VERY POOR. This Dairy Queen location on Terrace Rd is HORRIBLE the staff horse around and the pricing of food compared to other Dairy Queen locations is horrific! When ordering a burger combo with fries they cheap out on the french fries and charge you an arm and leg for it. STAY AWAY if possible and go to a different location. Even the manager of that location is very poor on how he runs the place. Hopefully Dairy Queens Corporate office gets wind of this because everyone in that location should be FIRED!! Starting at the Manager.
Clearly answering the phone is a issue with the staff. I tried calling in to order a cake and the girl didn’t know how to answer the phone. Put me down and I can hear all the staff talking about answering the phone yet no one came back on. Eaten there a few times and went to their drive through is much rather drive a few more mins to the other location on 75st.
Leave the kids in the car. Terrible service! I had to order around a fry kid telling some friends about how drunk he was last night (a profanity laced story), and when I finally got my Blizzard it was terrible. Stale candy toppings, and the top 1/4 of my large was totally candy-free. When I tried to get my money back the manager couldn’t understand why I didn’t want another Blizzard made from the same stale toppings. When a refund was finally issued, it was literally thrown at me along with more profanity.STAY AWAY, especially in the evenings when the inmates run the asylum.
Simply Horrible.. So I went to this dairy queen location on a nice saturday morning, and what do i see? One of the grillboys was throwing ketchup packs at a girl working the ice cream bar at the front. How disrespectful! Well I ordered a flamethrower combo, and the fries were limp and soggy, and the burger had almost no veggies on it at all. Im talking half a leaf of lettuce and a small, unripe endpiece of a tomato. I asked for the name of the rude boy throwing the ketchup packs around, his name was Simon
Poor Service. Very Poor service through drive through. Employee eating and texting while serving. Was very upset with me when I requested she was her hands prior to continuing to prepare my order.
