Very disappointing …..i used to come to this restaurant weekly….never again….i brought my son and grandson to this restaurant a couple times as well…..apparently the old guy there doesnt think my 15 per cent tip is enough ….as he informed me my grandson (1year old)….makes a mess by spilling a little food on the floor and he wants to charge me extra on top of my tip….. i didnt write this review for about 2 months …. so i could think about….. but…..Im still mad and they lost a great customer and all my family and friends…bah humbug to you!
I eat here all the time for years, the soup (beef sate extra spicy) is amazing unlike any other Ive tried in the city, big portions, lots of flavor, I love the green onion cakes as well. Ive dined in, took take out, and tried their delivery service, and all of the times Ive had meals from here were pleasant experiences and consistently delicious.
Owner is awful. Instead of serving the tables he sits on his iPad. I just dined here and when I brought my plate up to be packed, he shamed me in front of everyone in the restaurant for taking it to get packed. He made me go back to my table and pack it never once offering to do it himself and then scolded me for my bad attitude. Great food but the staff here are miserable.
