Awful service and food. We went in last night before a hockey game it was busy I get that but we got seated at a 4 person table and there was only 2 of us so we said if you can find two more people they can have this seat so she did we all ordered all at the same time then things quieted down so the men that were sitting with us moved to their own table they got their dinner 20 minutes before we did go figure when asked about it by the waitress was its the kitchens fault I ordered a peal meal bacon cheddar melt light fare it said it came out on a burger bun and was ham not bacon and processed cheese with fries I didn’t want fries but was never given a choice worst meal ever didnt even eat it cause I needed a fork and knife to cut it once I got rid of the bun and the waitress never did bring one and we had to leave for the game I will never ever go back you guys suck big time17 Mar, 2015Awful service and food. Fireside restaurant. This was the most horrible meal we have ever eaten anywhere. Really you shouldn’t even stay open, cause people go there probably cause they are hungry, and it is just a rip off that we have to pay for such awful food. The service and attire of the waiters has very much to be desired.
Horrid!. Terrible service, bland food, dingy restaurant and , once again, terrible service! Don’t waste your money or time.
I was very dissatisfied with my experience at fireside. I assumed the abundance of parked vehicles would coincide with a busy restaurant. When I went in the place was almost empty on a Friday night. I was seated, ordered my drink, and never saw the server again. We waited for over 15 minutes, long enough to read all the bad reviews and decide on our entire meal. Still having not received our drinks we left. Will not return.
The pizza is awesome, but the spinach dip is awful! We have been here a few times and the service is good. Convenient place to eat before an event at Rexall.
Decided to try this place saturday. I’m not ever sure where to start. First off probably the dirtiest place I have been at for a long time. The washrooms were horrific. The decor was horrible. We sat in the lounge the chairs must of been 60 years old. They were hard as a rock. The actually had extra cushions available if you needed them. The food was the worst food I ever had at a resteraunt. We order steaks ,calmari and shrimp. The calmari was the size of onion rings and had to be chewed like bubble gum. We asked the waitress what their speciality was. She said their steaks. The steak was the worst I have ever had. It was the worst cheapest cut you could buy and serve. I could not even chew it enough to swallow it. I also noticed what looked to be the owner sitting at a public table with his paper work spead out all over the table. This person looked dirty and gross so I’m assuming he was the owner (would only make sense). Worst experience at a resteraunt in 10 years. This place really needs some help I am very surprised I did not get sick.
Had the special it was spaghetti And meat balls. Lots of sause 🙂 I wasn’t eating a bunch of plain noodle. Decent environment. It really hit the spot.
