I am a true pizza aficionado! Panini’s makes an awesome Pie! it is sort of a heavy style Napoli / light New York Style pizza type a hybrid in my opinion it is perfect. This is one of the best Pizzas I have ever eaten and my vote for the best you can buy in Edmonton that’s for sure. Fresh made dough, simple hand crushed plum tomatoes for sauce and real cheese (so many places are using shredded processed cheese product now). Three things that are for some strange reason hard to come by in Edmonton.

Went to this place because I was to meet someone near by and they were late. Busy little spot but staff was very efficient and friendly. The store was exceedingly clean and bright. I chose the lasagna with garlic bread and a lemonata soda which totalled just over 20$ including tip which seemed reasonable. When it came I was quite happy with the size but thats where the romance ended. It was all very good quality but just a bit blah. Basically just some noodles thrown in a bowl and covered with sauce and mozzarella. The noodles were cooked well, the sauce was fresh and light and there was plenty of cheese. I guess I was just looking for the more traditional layered dish. Would go back but will not be ordering that again.
I ordered a pizza to go, after seeing their photos on instagram. Really nice restaurant. The pizza was really really good. Thin crust margherita with feta. I will be back!!!!
While planning a dinner event for 34 guests, I discovered Paninis Italian Cucina online and thought I would take a chance booking my event at this new, family-owned restaurant. This cozy venue provided excellent food and amazing service, far exceeding my expectations. My guests and I enjoyed a variety of delicious pizza that was fresh and hot from the oven. The Paninis Italian Cucina staff was welcoming, and the space had a warm and inviting atmosphere – a perfect place to catch up with friends.I cannot thank the restaurant owner, Tony, enough for accommodating our group and making our gathering an evening to remember. Everyone absolutely loved everything about Paninis Italian Cucina, and I am certain that they will see our faces on a regular basis. I have already shared the contact information with other event planners.My warmest thanks and appreciation go to Tony and family. See you again soon!
