For a fast-food style restaurant, this place is serving up some serious sushi and sashimi that easily rivals higher end restaurants in the city. Their rolls are delicious and fresh and I appreciate that they dont mask the showcasing fish/seafood with too much sauce. Their salmon sashimi is generously portioned and melt in your mouth tender. I get take out from here regularly and Im never disappointed with their quality and consistency. The pride they have in their food is shown through the care they put into presentation even in take out containers.
