Great concept. Ive heard good things about the franchise and wanted to give it a try. Sadly, the execution, just wasnt there. Right from the order-taker who was obviously struggling with communication to the haphazardly assembled food, to the chocolate shake, without a HINT of chocolate, this was a poor experience, all around. I recommend sticking to the classics, like Dairy Queen (I honestly never thought those words would would come out of my mouth, so to speak).
