Went here on a Saturday evening, so it was busy as expected, but the service and food was incredible, especially given how busy they were.The wait staff checked in a few times throughout the entire meal, which was a good frequency to refill water and we didnt have to wait long for our plates to be cleared or to order dessert.We ordered brisket, pulled pork, broccoli salad, and had a lemon sheet cake and chess pie for dessert. The brisket and pulled pork was so flavourful and tender, and the broccoli salad was crisp, the dressing was light and zesty, overall incredible. The sauces really bring the meats to another level, its great to enjoy the smoked meat flavour on its own, but they have a coffee sauce that I really enjoyed as well. The desserts were phenomenal and a great way to end the meal. Serving sizes are decent, not overwhelming, we were quite comfortably full after dessert.Ill definitely be back, the experience and food here are incredible.

The bacon wrapped corn was something special, very well done, great flavour. The Brisket Sandwich with the Broccoli salad was perfect. Note it comes with jalepeno peppers on the sandwich.I had the breakfast special, Eggs with smoked meat, fantastic, combo of sausage and brisket with the eggs. Great selection of beer and average selection of wine, but a good selection.
