Best Bruch Ever!!. I love breakfast for lunch and dinner!!! The Mighty Skillet produces the absolute BEST brunch anywhere, and the fact it’s one of our now famous Food Trucks makes the place extra special. The menu gives several fantastic options – with the Kingpin being my favoutie, but trust me…there is no wrong choice. Go with an appetite and be prepared to be amazed.Pamela
40 minute wait!. This was my first time stopping by Mighty Skillet around 12:15pm. I ordered the eggs benedict and 40 minutes later…….. it was ready. This is totally ridiculous for a road side food truck. This is longer than most restaurant waits. The food was good but not worth the wait. Too bad!
1 Hour Wait!!!!. I went to Mighty Skillet on July 25, 2012 on the corner of 3 ave & 4 st SW. I arrived at 11:50 AM and didn’t receive my food (Banger burger & wedge fries) until 12:45 PM. It’s hard to imagine not expecting a rush of customers at lunch time in downtown. There were probably about 15-20 people ahead of me which doesn’t seem like an unreasonable number of people to serve. One hour wait!…RIDICULOUS.I have to admit, the food was delicious.
