Been a staple in the neighbourhood since o was a child. Always fresh, always good. If I had a complaint it would only be the hours – I wish it was open all the time.
I love to go here for Vietnam subs in the north. Their beef sat is very flavourful and comes with cheese melted over the meat! I tried other places in north Calgary and they just don’t compare. If I recalled correctly the price for my sub was 5.50 or 6.00$. Not bad at all, considering some Vietnam restaurants are charging $10 for one! I also asked about their Texas sized donuts because I didn’t see any in the display case, and unfortunately, those are for custom orders only. I was really hoping to get one. That lost .5 of a point. And debit and cash only. So I deducted another half a point. But I will be returning again and again for the subs
FINALLY had a vietnamese sub and as expected Wow!!! Super impressed. Super upset I moved south now. This place is Delicous!!!!. Very good pastries. Oh my. Wish I wpuld have seen this place years ago. Fresh. Soft. Sweet. Good prices. They make subs too and bubble tea, which I will try next time. Good job ladies!!! 🙂
TEXAS SIZED donuts – WOW!. We ordered 120 TEXAS donuts for a work fundraiser without tasting or seeing the product (as it is available for special order only) and boy were we amazed! YES, these are exactly like we all used to have in elementary, junior high and high school. They were so fresh and tasty, a huge hit at the office! We even had a few colleagues say they were the BEST donuts they’ve ever had! Will definitely be ordering again (soon).And while you’re there… make sure to get a Vietnamese sub! They are so delicious and such a great price.
Everything is great!. Delicious Vietnamese subs!! SO tasty and they put a lot of meat on them..it is definitely worth to go here just for the subs. There are tons of freshly baked good and they are all incredible. Whether it be the breads, cheese buns, or the nanaimo bars – you will not be disappointed. The staff are very friendly as well! The Vietnamese subs are so delicious and for a good price. The baked goods are also incredible, I absolutely love the bread as well as all of the desserts they have on hand.
