We have been going to this restaurant since they were opened 3 days and we always order the hamburger steak. We have tried all of the others which are good but keep coming back to the hamburger steak. The decor is old but this is family run; just food you would eat everyday I think. We are happy and I do not like to spend money unless food is good. We do not like fancy dance restaurants as pricey, do not know half of what we may want to order; need interpreters for these restaurants and hubby comes out not happy so back to Astros for hamburger steak.
Terrible food. Rushed service. Overpriced. Indifferent arrogant staff. The audacity to charge extra for a few onions. Platter that came out with the condiments was dirty, dried out green onions, watery sour cream. Butter pieces were all chunked together. The waitress came by to take it away without asking if I wanted more. We didn’t get our own plate for toast. Tasteless food. Owner was full of herself and cashier couldn’t collect from me fast enough. Decor is dark dirty and old. Horrible location. I don’t know how I got talked into this place! Thirty bucks just wasted.
