Thought we would stop at a different fast food burger joint. WHAT A MISTAKE. The menu has many items to choose from so we ordered a bacon poutine, steakhouse burger, fries and a western bacon burger. We received our order quickly and delivered to our table. Unfortunately the fries were cold, the poutine does have bacon on it but the entire dish is cold. The disappointment continues with the burgers. They lack flavor and the ingredients that are in the pictures AND seem to have some type of filler as they do not look or taste like real beef. THIS WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT and WE WILL NOT BE BACK.

(Just craved something greasy tbh) and it was between Burger King or Carl’s Jr.– clearly from this review you know what I chose. The only really awesome thing that in giving credit to, are the waffle fries. They were crispy and seasoned amazingly and they actually held shape when picked up. And the fact that they look hella unique compared to other fast food joints. Service was quick! Burger was aiight.
Fast service decent food
Garbage. Ordered the Redhook Beer Battered Cod burger. There is NO WAY that so-called fish burger is battered in beer. It looks nothing like the photo they have on their website. My dog won’t even eat it and she would eat anything. The fries are terrible. Very poor quality and my son said he felt sick afterwards. Don’t waste a dime on this place. It’s terrible.
Been there twice. First an last time….
As expected! But better service!. Stopped in on a whim. The place was packed at lunch but there was a slew of staff taking orders and running out food to the tables. Everything was fast, friendly, and efficient. The burger was on par with most fast food places but most similar to Burger King’s Whopper. That said the fries at Carl’s Junior were far superior to most places. I should’ve tried the waffle cut ones. Didn’t have any food hangover symptoms afterwards (nausea, headache, grogginess) which is a nice change from most fast food joints.
Chicken!!. I love their chicken burgers here especially their Teriyaki Chicken Burger. Their regular burgers are alright just a bit too dry for my taste, the thick burgers are alright. If you plan to go there, you should order one of those chicken burgers or thick burgers.
