I made a quick stop at Chachi’s for lunch and was really impressed with my order! I chose the Cali sandwich with a side order of Mac ‘n’ Cheese and both items were delicious. The sandwich ingredients looked and tasted fresh and the mac was perfectly seasoned. I’ll definitely be returning to try other menu items!
Delicious. I had the Cali, the meat was well seasoned and tender, the bun was soft and chewy despite being toasted, everything else was really fresh. My husband had the Italian and he enjoyed that just as much as I enjoyed mine. I really like how they source their ingredients locally. Definitely recommend! We will be back and I’m excited for more locations to open up across the city.
| BBQ Pulled Pork & Mac |Tasty level: 7.5/10Price: $11.50Will I come again: not for awhile—I’ve always passed by this place when I’m at WEM but I finally decided to try it with my friends and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The pork was extremely tender and every bite was heavenly. Even though it’s just a regular size, it can definitely fill you up!! One thing I would say is that the bbq sauce was a little strong so it kind of covers up the taste of the mac and cheese but overall I would say it is something definitely worth trying!
If you’re looking for a quick and tasty place to get a sandwich, I recommend you go to the unassuming Chachi’s in the food court at West Edmonton Mall. With a variety of sandwiches and pops to choose from, this place turns out sandwiches quickly. Almost as soon as you order. Hot and good quality. Got the Cali sandwich which had a nice balance of freshness from the guacamole and veggies with the chicken and bacon in it. A great place to try of looking for a change from the usual food court fare.
Heard this place just recently opened with only one location in Edmonton that has some pretty tasty sandwiches. I got the Spicy Italian sandwich and it was delicious. The meat was salty but just enough that it doesn’t overwhelm you; I mean it is salami and cured meat afterall. This was quite a pricy sandwich I would have to say. $10 for not even a foot long. I believe Subway’s foot long sandwiches are $7-8? Nonetheless, it was worth it because I don’t think you can find cured capicollo, beef brisket, and slowed cooked beef in Subway (at least not for now).Definitely would come back to try the other sandwiches on the menu. Next time, maybe a side to go with that as well? oliveoiloilpaint.com
Absolutely LOVE this place! It’s now the only place I’ll eat in the WEM food courts. I’ve had it four times, and had four different sandwiches: the Vedge, which was amazing, the Montreal Smoked Meat, which was just as it should have been-loaded with meat and mustard (make sure to order a pickle with it-I forgot and I feel it would have made the sandwich better), and the Italian Meat one, which was spicy, but in a good way, and the Ham and Cheese, which has been my favourite so far. It is a bit expensive for a food court, but so worth it for the quality.
Very salty food. Had the BBQ beef and the Montreal smoked meat sandwich. The afterTaste lingered on for hours with me and my family grasping for water afterwards. Not my cup of tea or rather my kind of sandwich.
