Very good donairs. Full of meat and vegetables. Lots of fries are provided in the combo deal. It was a struggle finishing it all. One of the best in the westside for sure.
Best Chicken Donair Ever!. If you see a man in his mid 40`s working here, that`s owner. Buy from here only if he is making your donair. He makes the best, juiciest chicken donair ever. The guy has so much experience and is good at what he does. He is consistent with his service and cares about making sure that you enjoy the donair you buy from him and wants to make sure you come back for more. Not the fanciest restaurant, but the best chicken donair you can ever get your hands on. Ordered 10 of them for a party and everyone one of my friends enjoyed it.
Great Chicken Shwarma. Possibly the best chicken shwarma I have had in Edmonton. Chicken was marinated and moist, yet fried crispy on the outsides. Sauce was homemade and garlicy. Pita was fresh and buttery, but grilled and crispy as well. Delicious! I wish I lived closer.
Not the best, so try the rest. The man behind the counter was very friendly, and on a Sunday night this place is opened later than the other donair spots in the area (’til 12:00). The donairs are well-priced, for instance an huge beef donair costs $6.55. Maybe it’s because I went too late on a Sunday night, but I found the meat to be dry and a bit old. The other ingredients were fresh, and the sauce was average (not bad but not outstanding either). To conclude, I wouldn’t say to avoid this spot; just perhaps try going at a busier hour, and maybe the meat will be fresher. Overall, though, it’s no Greco.
