Can I tell you secret? I could probably live at IHOP. If they werent so darn busy all the time I would definitely set up shop. Now Im not usually one for franchise restaurants but I really love all the variety of breakfast that they have. Although Im not much of a breakfast person when I get the craving this is the first place I come. From all the types of French toast to breakfast sandwiches to pancakes and crepes… I could go on but I will let you decide. Despite the service always been terrible I give it a full 5 stars because the kitchen is so accommodating and there is such a variety,you cannot leave unsatisfied.

Went here for breakfast with the family on April 27, 2017. Place was not too busy so we got seated right away. A server came to us right away and asked what we’d like to drink and minutes later came back to take our orders. Food came out pretty quick. Overall, an average restaurant with average price and average tasting food. Service was good and server was fast and friendly.
Busy place not nearly enough staff !management wondering around not really knowing what’s going on confused! waitress had her hands full, she tried as best as possible waited there including seating area Easley an hour and a half!Food was good ,coffee a little on the strong side a lot stronger than Tim Hortons !this is supposed to be a family restaurant yet the wait was like a higher-end place ridiculous for pancakes!Price is reasonable but with such a long wait is it worth it?
