As a party of 4, we were seated right away, drinks came relatively quick however they put my Stella in a Peroni glass. I had the caprese salad, it was very flavourful but extremely salty with lots of garlic which was fine for me. For dinner I had the sausage bacon and mushroom pizza, what a disappointment. The dough tasted like a dry mealy dinner bun (like cardboard), the cheese was not stringy at all and tasted low quality, the toppings were very bland with little taste. Ive had frozen pizzas that tasted a lot better. I had 3 slices and asked for a take out pizza box. Another person in our party let our server take the pizza away and it came back in a styrofoam container all the slices stacked on top of each other! How does an Italian restaurant thats been around this long make such a bad pizza? Good pizza will still taste good the next day, but this pizza was almost inedible. Dont waste your $22 on their pizza. Was also asked if I wanted another beer 20 min after I finished my first. Service was definitely lacking. With all the great restaurants in this city I wont be going back.

When I walked in as a party of 5, I quickly met with a server who arranged tables for us and sat us quickly. I ordered the Gnocchi without mushrooms and received the proper order within probably 20-25 minutes. The sauce was practically an Alfredo sauce (which went well with the gnocchi). The food was good, but worth about 3 stars. The sauce tasted slightly odd and was ok. The gnocchi themselves were good, but the meal was pretty rich so I couldn’t finish the whole plate. Definitely not traditional Italian but still good.
