Poor costumer service. Worst branch of kfc. They always forget the little stuff like the coke or the gravy. They also don’t check if they’re makin the right burrito. Plus if you call them, they get mad and they don’t give you the satisfaction a costumer needs or a solution. Very poor service. The line up is always bad plus very slow.

Not only did I wait a while but ppl who ordered after me were getting there food first. Fine my order is ready I’m in rush to get home so I do not only to find out that half my order is missing. So I called the store and complained there response was we are sorry after have spoken to two staff b4 they said come pick up the rest. Which honestly I should not have to drive out again. It’s like the ppl working there are clueless they allSeem lost. U ask for simple things as dipping sauces n u need to ask them a few times b4 they give it to u.WORST SERVICE!!! And hard toUnderstand when speaking!!!
Worst KFC!!. Every time I go into this KFC there is a VERY long wait. AND sometimes they aren’t even busy. Today when I went there, there were two sets of people in front of me. So two orders. There was a woman off to the side that had been waiting for 20min. The woman taking orders didn’t speak english very well and was VERY rude. No hello, no thank you no smile..no nothing! I placed my order for just a sandwich and drink. Then she went into the back, and brought me my sandwich. In the time it took me to eat and drink, the right in front of me STILL hadn’t gotten their food, and the people in front of them had JUST gotten there’s when I was done. Meanwhile there was a line up of about 6 people..that stood in line the whole time I was eating and no one took their order, even when I was leaving they were still waiting. The woman taking orders was working in the kitchen, and never washed her hands from what I could see. The woman working the Taco Bell side, kept asking how to make items. Try to avoid this KFC/Taco Bell!! They need a serious revamping…with cleaner facilities and english speaking polite staff!
Terrible service. Be prepared to wait well over 20 minutes and your order to be completely wrong. Everyone that works there is rude and doesn’t speak English. Don’t go here!!!
This place is horrible. I asked for a combo with gravy, received no fries and when I asked for fries, he argued with me. The burger bun was burnt, the fries were old and the place was dirty. Dont recommend.
Ordered food for delivery from the 1 800 line. After being told my food would take 44 min. I called back after an hour and a half I was told I would be connected to my store. It was this meadowlark one! I was then told it would be half an hour more as they only had one driver and 13 orders ahead of mine to still deliver. When I asked about compensation for my then to be 2 hour wait. I was told I can wait or cancel its not their fault they only have one driver and they have a lot of delivery orders. And to boot the guy I talked to barley spoke English. Wonderful customer service
Go somewhere else, anywhere else.. Botched orders, bad service, loooooooooooooooonnnnnggggggg waits, and shuts down way before closing. Stay away folks, far away.
